What psychological therapy is right for me?

Others are very strategy based -they involve learning and trying new ways to manage feelings and thoughts. Still others look at relationship patterns and communication skills. It is important to use evidenced-based therapies because these have been researched and found to be effective. But it is important to choose the right fit for you and the right fit for the problem.
